Happy Halloween?

Yes, it will be a happy Halloween. Two weeks ago I found myself stressing about how I can make Halloween fun for my daughter; we are in a new city, and I am opting not to trick or treat this year as a precaution. Then I told myself to relax because this is not a REAL problem in comparison to the hundreds of other things that could happen.

Halloween for our family has always just been a fun day, dress up, see a parade, eat a bunch of candy. Sure, this year will be different but we bought some candy, got a costume (she opted for Pikachu), and going to do a kid movie marathon, some games, and decorate spooky cookie contest which I bet my daughter will win 😊. Point is, if you can celebrate together that's the only thing you really need. Don't forget the jack o'lantern, those are always fun! Happy Halloween 🎃
